We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and cooking within a fast-paced restaurant setting. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to ensure consistency
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations
Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food safety and hygiene

Skills




Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant setting
Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced environment
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Familiarity with the food industry standards for quality and safety
Positive communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required for highly motivated candidates
