Elevate healthcare human resources as a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner at Women’s College Hospital. This full-time role is integral in managing talent acquisition and employee relations within a vibrant clinical setting. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you'll partner with various stakeholders to drive HR initiatives aligned with the Hospital’s mission.

Your focus will be on risk management, building strong relationships, and ensuring effective implementation of HR strategy across departments. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and address workforce planning needs
Support timely and values-based decision-making
Lead diverse HR projects and initiatives
Foster effective labor relations practices and investigations
Implement change management strategies Requirements:
University degree in Business or Human Resource Management
CHRP designation is an asset
At least five years in HR within a unionized workplace
Prior experience with collective bargaining and compensation
