Facilitate recruitment and intake of consumers
Build relationships with community employers
Develop and implement job training strategies
Coach participants in achieving work transition
Document and track participant progress thoroughly Requirements:
Undergraduate degree or related experience
Experience in providing support for individuals with disabilities
High-level communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license with vehicle access
