Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Hart Hub Supportive Housing Workers to join our team in providing vital support to individuals experiencing addiction.

We have a vacancies for “Full Time HART Hub Supportive Housing Caseworkers ”.

Location: Hart Hub: Prince Road

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday( except holidays) (40 Hours a week)

Rotating Shifts (8:30 AM-4:30 PM and 10 AM-6 PM)

Restrictions: The successful applicant will possess a degree/diploma in an appropriate discipline from a recognized university/college and be a member in positive standing of their professional regulatory association. Appropriate disciplines are:
Bachelors of Social Work




Bachelors with additional studies in Addictions counselling
Registered Social Service Worker
Registered addictions counsellor

The incumbent will occasionally be required to attend meetings outside of regular work hours and at off-site. Disclaimer: This is a pilot project. The continuation of this role is entirely dependent on the HART Hub Initiative is successful, and funding is renewed after the contract term.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Up to $30.90 per hour
