As a Human Resources Consultant with Intact, contribute to our HR Claims team on a hybrid work basis. Drive meaningful HR initiatives focused on employee relations and strategic change management. In this 12-month contract role, you will provide consulting and coaching to leadership within Ontario's Claims Contact Centre. Your insights will help evolve practices and improve employee engagement across a large client group. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver HR coaching tailored to operational needs
Analyze trends to propose valuable HR solutions
Manage comprehensive employee relations activities
Support leadership development and talent strategies
Facilitate workshops and investigations as needed Requirements:
HR-focused post-secondary degree or equivalent
At least 3 years in an HR consulting role
Ability to build robust relationships with stakeholders
