Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas following established procedures and safety standards
Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and supplies
Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, dust surfaces, and ensure all furniture and fixtures are spotless
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and guest safety
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, requesting replenishments as needed
Follow all health and safety regulations to provide a protected environment for guests and staff
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans during off-peak hours to uphold cleanliness standards

Qualifications




Previous experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including industrial cleaning methods when applicable
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency in work output
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced environment
Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
Familiarity with hospitality standards or experience working in hotels is a plus but not mandatory
Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic committed to guest satisfaction
