We are looking for an Incident Manager with solid experience in IT Service Management and Major Incident Management within the Banking / Financial Services domain. The candidate will be responsible for managing critical incidents, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring timely resolution of production issues.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate major incidents (P1/P2).
Lead incident bridge calls and coordinate technical teams.
Ensure timely incident resolution and stakeholder communication.
Conduct post-incident reviews and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Monitor SLA compliance and prepare incident reports.
Work with application, infrastructure, and support teams.
Experience in Banking / Financial Services is preferred.
