Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, measuring, and organizing ingredients efficiently and accurately
Cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards, maintaining consistency and quality
Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures
Support the serving staff by preparing plates for delivery or dine-in service promptly and professionally
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and storage areas throughout each shift




Follow all food safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness of ingredients
Collaborate with team members to manage kitchen workflow during busy service times

Experience
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety protocols
Knowledge of food handling standards and proper sanitation procedures in a commercial kitchen workplace
Experience with meal preparation for large or small groups is a plus
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work efficiently under pressure
Robust teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration and customer service excellence

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
