This role works collaboratively with members of the Group Sales team to provide service to the Eastern provinces. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the team, while ensuring a positive experience for our group plan sponsors and advisors.Join one of the region's top employers and be part of something that truly makes a difference.Work Arrangements:You will work from your home office 100% of the time. You may be required to be in-person at our office in Waterloo, ON or another assigned location within the Waterloo Region, on an as needed basis. Sales related roles may be required to travel based on the assignment.What you'll do:Submit request to quote to the underwriting department and correspond with advisors for outstanding informationAssist Group Account Executives (GAEs) with the renewal process by ordering requested reports and submitting sold ratesPrepare group terminations and order requested reportsProvide support to our advisors and clients via email and phoneAnswer inquiries relating to commissions and ensure advisor errors & omissions/required licensing is up to dateAssist with agent of record (AOR)
