This is an exciting opportunity for a product management professional who is passionate about innovation, customer-driven solutions, and advancing the future of building automation, HVAC sensing, and gas detection technologies.Reporting to the Director of Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of Greystone's product portfolio. From business case development through product launch and mass production, you will work cross-functionally with Engineering, R&D, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to deliver market-leading solutions that support smart buildings, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.Objective & PurposeExperienced Product ManagerSupport the strategy development and lifecycle of Greystone's product portfolio—from Business Case preparation to Mass ProductionWork closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading solutions.Principle Duties & ResponsibilitiesDefine in cooperation with the leadership of Greystone Energy Systems Inc., and execute product strategy and multi-year roadmap for HVAC solutions (temperature, humidity, CO2, pressure, airflow, occupancy, IAQ)Identify opportunities based on market trends, regulations, and competitive analysisGather and translate customer and market insights (VOC) into business cases and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)Lead product development with Engineering, R&D, Operations, Sales, and Marketing as a member of cross-functional teamManage the full product lifecycle, including launches, improvements, and end-of-life planningAct as a subject matter expert in building automation and HVAC sensing; Support innovation and commercialization of new sensing solutions (smart buildings, IoT, energy efficiency).Education,
