You will be assisting in the supervision of 15-20 crew members and running the restaurant in the absence of management personnel while upholding Denny's service and quality standards. You will be reporting to the General Manager. Our goal is to provide total guest satisfaction.Our team is made up of committed, caring, and energetic individuals who make every Denny's location the great and diverse place it is.What You'll DoYou will supervise shifts by leading other hourly employees to adhere to Denny's brand standardsYou will coordinate restaurant activities by observing the guest flowYou will monitor sales, employee hours, and guest counts throughout the shift to ensure proper staffingYou will complete shift walkthroughs and take corrective actions when neededYou will communicate employee relations issues, deviations from brand standards, and other guest issues to the attention of an exempt managerYou will help Denny's achieve our mission by adhering to Denny's Brand Standards and internal policies and proceduresYou will perform other duties as required or assignedWho You AreYou have a high school diploma or GED certificate, as well as a Management Food Safety CertificationYou have completed all e-learning job code modulesYou consistently display the Guiding PrinciplesYou are an effective communicator in English,
