Compensation ranges from $32.15 to $37.15 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with a $1.00/hour afternoon shift premium and overtime pay after 42 hours per week.Our St. Thomas, Ontario plant (North Star Windows and Doors) is seeking a Team Leader/Production Supervisor to oversee windows and doors daily operations in our manufacturing facility.This role provides day-to-day supervision of the Windows and Doors Production team on an assigned area and shift, and is accountable for ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met or exceeded. The Windows and Doors Production team consists of approximately 300 employees across two shifts operating on a biweekly rotation. Reporting directly to the Senior Team Leader,



the Team Leader's responsibilities include:Supervision of the department to ensure manpower is appropriately assigned and trained to meet safety, productivity, and quality standardsMonitoring of equipment to ensure it is properly set up and maintained in working orderConducting safety training, meetings, audits, and workplace inspection as requiredPerform incident investigations and record findings as required (first aid cases, medical aidsrecordable incidents, near misses, etc.), ensuring root causes are identified and corrected promptlyMaintaining appropriate personnel productivity, quality and attendance recordsMaintaining and continuously improving standards of housekeeping and maintenance within the departmentAbility to problem solve and manage line operations to meet productivity requirements despite daily challengesIn partnership with the Senior Team Leader and Human Resources, support performance management through constructive feedback, coaching, and formal actions when necessary, ensuring alignment with company policiesLead by example in collaborating across functions to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive, team-oriented cultureParticipate in ongoing leadership development and training opportunities to build skills and capabilityOther duties as required to ensure that business needs are metPrior experience in manufacturing environment required (windows and doors experience an asset)Previous supervisory or leadership experience required,
