Organize and manage the work of nursery staff
Oversee the growth and propagation of plants and nursery stock
Coordinate the maintenance of hanging baskets and floral displays
Order necessary supplies and respond to public inquiries
Ensure a protected working setting following proper protocols Requirements:
High school diploma and relevant horticultural qualifications
Two years of experience including supervisory roles
Valid Class 5 B.C. Driver's Licence
Pesticide applicator's licence for nursery work
