Chemelex is seeking a Manufacturing Leader to establish and execute the production strategy, ensuring safety compliance and driving Lean initiatives. You will lead production teams and manage resources to achieve KPI targets and on-time delivery.

The role requires 5–10 years in manufacturing with 3+ years of leadership, plus experience in a unionized setting and robust communication skills. A Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferred.
