Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across a variety of commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably.

Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and drainage components
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans
Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to assemble and install plumbing components with precision
Conduct routine maintenance inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate
Collaborate with construction teams to ensure plumbing work aligns with project timelines and safety standards
Lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks as required for installation or repairs




Follow all safety protocols and building codes to ensure compliance during all phases of work

Skills
Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and blueprints effectively
Proficiency in HVAC systems, plumbing installation, and general maintenance tasks
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction-related tools
Experience reading technical schematics and schematics for complex plumbing or HVAC systems
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout work
Knowledge of carpentry principles relevant to plumbing installations and adjustments
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining focus on quality workmanship
