Duties
Provide professional hair styling services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type.
Deliver excellent customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering personalized recommendations.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work setting in compliance with health and safety standards.
Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, and hair care treatments to enhance client results and satisfaction.
Communicate clearly with clients about styling options,



aftercare instructions, and product usage to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications
Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work showcasing versatility and creativity
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect warmly with clients of diverse backgrounds
Knowledge of sanitation procedures and commitment to maintaining a hygienic workspace
Strong communication skills to effectively discuss styles, products, and services with clients and team members
Ability to upsell retail products naturally while prioritizing client needs
Previous experience managing front desk operations or retail sales is a plus
Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends as needed
