Joining

MacEwan University's Human Resources team, this role reports directly to the Director, focusing on creating effective organizational structures. You'll be responsible for conducting job evaluations, developing best practices, and fostering strategic collaborations to meet the university's goals. Your ability to handle complex situations and adapt to changes is crucial. Key Responsibilities:
Provide job evaluation support using established plans
Lead projects on effective organizational solutions




Develop communication strategies for job evaluations
Facilitate training for the university community
Conduct internal and external analysis for informed decision-making Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, commerce, or related field
At least 5 years in organizational design
Experience with HRIS systems preferred
Solid strategic thinking and innovation skills
Proven ability to influence and coach leaders Impact organizational effectiveness at MacEwan University through expert job design and evaluation consultation.
