Inspector Packer – Full time

Location: North York, ON

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Currently looking for reliable and detail-oriented Packers to join our manufacturing team.
Night Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday, with the possibility of weekend work based on production requirements.

Responsibilities
Inspect plastic bottles and containers for quality defects.
Pack finished products according to customer specifications.
Label, stack, and prepare finished products for shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all quality, safety, and GMP procedures.
Report quality concerns to the Supervisor or Quality Department.
Perform other general production duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to stand for extended periods.




Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
Previous manufacturing experience is an asset but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
Starting wage: Ontario minimum wage.
After successfully completing the 6-month probation period and becoming a member of the Union, employees will receive:
$1.00/hour wage increase
Shift premium (where applicable)
Company-paid benefits
Union representation and benefits as outlined in the Collective Agreement.
