You will lead a diverse team of senior managers, oversee significant operational and capital budgets, and work collaboratively with governments, Indigenous organizations, community partners, and stakeholders to advance innovative housing solutions that promote affordability, sustainability, and community self-reliance.This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with a robust background in social program delivery, organizational leadership, and strategic planning to make a lasting impact on the lives of Northerners while helping shape the future of housing across the territory.Key QualificationsA relevant university degree, with a minimum of ten (10) years' experience in a social program delivery setting, including a minimum of three (3) years at a managerial level of regional and community level housing operations.EquivalenciesA relevant post graduate degree, with a minimum of eight (8) years' experience in a social program delivery setting, including a minimum of three (3) years at a managerial level of regional and community level housing operations.All other equivalencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.Relevant education includes, but is not limited to:Business Administration, Economics, Indigenous Governance, Law, Political Science, Public Administration, Public Policy,
