Job Title: Head ConciergeLocation: BurquitlamSchedule: Monday to Friday morning shiftsPay Rate: $25Benefits: Extended health & dental after 6 months of employmentWe are seeking a highly professional, presentable, and articulate individual to serve as the on-site representative for a residential building. This is a leadership-focused role that requires confidence, sound judgment, and the ability to proactively manage operations, people, and resident expectations.This role is strictly for candidates with relevant, hands‐on experience. Applicants without demonstrated background in similar roles will not be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary on‐site liaison representing the building to residents, strata council, and service providersProactively oversee day‐to‐day building operations to ensure high service standardsSupervise on‐site staff, including training, scheduling, and performance managementSupport strata administration and consistently enforce building policies and proceduresMonitor and respond to safety, security, and maintenance mattersCoordinate with contractors and maintenance teams to address operational issuesRequired QualificationsDemonstrated experience proactively overseeing staff, including training, coaching, and managing performanceStrong background in qualified communication with management and stakeholders,



including:Writing clear and effective emailsReviewing and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional mannerSolid understanding of strata operations, administration, and building systemsKnowledge of safety and security protocols in a residential environmentExcellent communication, leadership, and conflict‐resolution skillsAbility to work independently, make decisions, and represent the building with professionalism at all times.ImportantThis is not an entry‐level position.
