We provide full training for this position so no experience is needed

You will need to be physically fit (often panels we haul, remove and replace are 16' in length and can weigh 40-70lbs)

The applicant should be capable with hand tools and ladder

Breakdown of Technician Role

Client relations.

We expect our technicians as representatives of the company to conduct themselves in a professional manner while on job site. This means
Interacting with clients in a courteous professional manner,
Dress in appropriate work attire,
Make effort to maintain appointments scheduled or convey to the clients if a time change is necessary.

Diagnosis and Repair
Diagnose and identify problems with door and opener functions.
Relay costs and suggested repairs to client

(Very important to obtain permission prior to preforming the work)




Preform repairs to the best of their ability and ensure smooth functioning of the door prior to leaving customer property.

(We expect the technicians to stand by their work to us as we stand by our commitment to the customer)
Effective communication is essential If the technicians encounters a situation they aren’t familiar or prepared for we have support available to assist/advise so communication is key.
Payday is every Tuesday (Weekly Salary Plus Commission)
