We are hiring a Health and Safety Advisor for our Downtown Toronto office to support clients throughout Canada with essential OHS advice. This office-based role focuses on maintaining compliance and safety initiatives. This full time position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

EST. As a critical part of our team, you will deliver skilled health and safety solutions, manage client communications, and assist in developing safety policies and documentation. Your ability to provide explicit advice will be essential in driving workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver OHS advice based on client needs
Guide clients in recognizing safety management systems
Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions
Support policy development for health and safety
Lead initiatives for workplace safety training and inspections Requirements:
Accredited degree in Occupational Health & Safety
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
CRST or CRSP designation is a plus
Excellent client-service and communication skills
Proven research and analytical competencies Utilize your Health and Safety knowledge to guide clients in navigating their compliance and safety challenges effectively.
