Required Skills 8+ years of experience developing large-scale, production business applications using Java for backend/API development

5+ years of experience with Angular (or comparable up-to-date JS/TS framework) for front-end development

Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end solution architecture across the full stack, including sound trade-off decisions made independently

Depth and breadth of hands-on full stack delivery will be weighted heavily, as this is the core capability required for the engagement

Solid experience with relational database technologies and SQL

Demonstrated ability to interpret, refactor, and re-platform existing report/query logic (e.g., WebFOCUS or equivalent BI tooling) into a up-to-date application

Experience with database design and deployment

Experience designing, building, and documenting REST API services

Experience deploying and supporting applications in a Microsoft Azure environment

Working familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps) sufficient to integrate with an existing pipeline maintained by a separate team
