Position Overview The Sales Representative is an in-person Residential HVAC Sales Advisor responsible for conducting in-home consultations, designing heat pump systems, presenting financing options, and closing residential projects. All appointments are pre-qualified, pre-scheduled and provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct homeowner consultations
Review home layouts, photos, and energy usage
Present Good / Better / Best system options
Explain rebates and financing programs clearly




Close sales during scheduled consultations
Document all activity accurately in CRM

Required Qualifications
Previous in-home or other high-ticket sales experience
Comfortable presenting and closing
Strong communication and can handle late objections
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
