Duties
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to ensure comfort and safety
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
Administer medications accurately according to care plans and document all medication-related activities
Support patients with mobility challenges through protected lifting, transfers, and positioning
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living space
Provide companionship and emotional support to foster social engagement and reduce feelings of isolation
Follow care plans diligently while communicating any changes or concerns to supervising healthcare professionals

Requirements




Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, hospice care, or home care environments is highly preferred
Demonstrated ability to deliver patient-centered care with compassion and professionalism
Knowledge of dementia care, hospice practices, or working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous
Physical stamina for heavy lifting and assisting clients with mobility needs
Strong skills in caregiving, medication administration, meal preparation, and basic cleaning tasks
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Valid certifications related to caregiving or nursing are a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Candidate must have own vehicle
