Nexjen Mechanical is looking for a skilled and motivated Refrigeration & HVAC Technician to join our growing team!

Job Responsibilities

-Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems. This includes equipment such as furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, garage heaters, heat pumps and other related equipment.

-Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration systems such as walk-in and reach-in coolers and freezer, ice machines, chillers, and related equipment.

-Diagnose equipment issues and provide effective, long-lasing solutions.

-Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.

-Communicate professionally with customers and explain recommended repairs.

-Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean,



organized work workplace.

-Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service as required.

Qualifications

-Journeyperson Red Seal certificate in Refrigeration or equivalent.

-Gas "B" certification, preference given to those applicants with an "A" ticket

-Driver's License with clean driver's abstract
Current safety certifications in Construction Safety Orientation(CSO), Fall Protection, Elevated Work Platform, Standard First Aid, etc are considered an asset

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
