We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to develop relationships with residential builders and individual clients. Duties
Be customer facing in the showroom
Prepare detailed estimates ensuring accuracy in pricing, materials, labor, and equipment costs.
Develop comprehensive project proposals by analyzing plans, specifications, and client requirements to deliver competitive bids.
Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet project milestones efficiently.
Oversee project execution in office or remotely, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control measures, and client specifications.




Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain positive relationships throughout the project.

Qualifications
Proven experience in flooring estimating combined with project management responsibilities within the construction industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft
Solid knowledge of flooring processes, materials pricing, and bidding procedures.
Excellent negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members.

Pay: $64,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
