We are seeking a energetic and motivated Full-Time Manager to lead our retail team with enthusiasm and strategic vision. Duties
Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to ensure high levels of motivation and productivity
Manage daily store operations, including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, inventory control, and merchandising standards
Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract recent customers and retain existing ones
Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies accordingly to meet targets
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and customer service standards
Qualifications
Proven supervising experience and restaurant related fields with strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, training & development, and team management
Experience with cash handling procedures and cashiering operations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to conduct interviews confidently; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with customers and team members alike
