Be a pivotal part of Skeena Gold + Silver Limited as a Mill Operations Supervisor at the Eskay Creek Mine. You will be instrumental in enforcing safety protocols and driving operational efficiency in mining operations. In this role, you’ll report to the Mill Superintendent while maintaining control over production circuits.

You’ll oversee safety compliance, lead training initiatives, and provide visible leadership to ensure alignment with production goals and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and document safety initiatives within the mill
Assist in commissioning and operational readiness processes
Monitor daily operations and equipment performance trends
Conduct training and development for mill personnel
Identify process improvement prospects across operations Requirements:
Supervisory experience of at least 5 years in ore processing
BC Mine Supervisor ticket is essential
8 years in mill operations, showcasing leadership skills
Robust capability in safety management decisions
