Duties
Prepare and assemble meals according to established recipes, dietary guidelines, and safety standards
Serve food to residents or clients with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen and dining areas, including utensils, equipment, and surfaces
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations
Assist in meal planning, portioning, and food presentation to enhance the dining experience
Manage time effectively to ensure all meals are prepared and served on schedule




Support with general kitchen tasks such as dishwashing, inventory checks, and restocking supplies

Qualifications
Prior experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or the food industry is highly preferred
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
Solid customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to handle food safely and maintain sanitation standards at all times
Experience with food handling equipment and kitchen tools
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining attention to detail
