Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Food Truck Staff to join our agile team. This role involves preparing and serving food, managing transactions, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. Ideal candidates will have a passion for food service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided to ensure success in this role.

Duties
Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards
Operate POS systems, for order processing and cash handling
Serve customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, upselling menu items when appropriate
Manage cash transactions accurately and handle payments efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management




Ensure timely service during busy periods through effective time management
Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

Experience
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred but not mandatory
Familiarity with food preparation and handling procedures
Experience using POS systems
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced workplace
Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety standards
Kitchen experience or serving background is beneficial for understanding workflow and customer interactions

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
