Assess clients’ skills and job readiness through interviews
Create personalized action plans for employment
Connect clients with potential employers
Prepare and manage funding applications
Document and monitor client progress accurately Requirements:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
CDP Certification or readiness to achieve
Knowledge of local labor market dynamics
Robust organizational and time management abilities
