Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their desired eyebrow look and provide expert recommendations tailored to their facial features and preferences
Perform precise eyebrow shaping techniques including waxing, tweezing, mapping, tinting, lamination and trimming to achieve flawless results
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations between appointments
Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a friendly, engaging atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
Promote retail products such as brow gels, brushes, and skincare items to enhance client results and support sales goals




Educate clients on proper aftercare to ensure long-lasting results and satisfaction
Manage appointment schedules efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications
Proven experience in body waxing, eyebrow shaping, or related beauty services preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients
Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety regulations within a beauty or spa environment
Retail sales experience is a plus, with the ability to confidently recommend products to clients
Excellent communication skills and a skilled demeanor
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform detailed work with precision
