In this senior position, you will be responsible for executing integrated strategies that enhance relationships with Labour organizations.

Your collaboration with internal teams and community partners will support the organization’s revenue goals and deepen union engagement. This role requires strategic thinking and commitment to social impact through fundraising. Key Responsibilities:
Develop targeted fundraising strategies for union accounts
Lead planning and execution of Labour events and campaigns
Foster ties with Labour leaders and community partners




Implement training programs for UWBC staff and volunteers
Analyze data for effective donor engagement and account growth Requirements:
Solid background in fundraising and community engagement
Robust understanding of the challenges within the Labour movement
Proven success in relationship building across stakeholders
Experience in developing and executing community-focused programs
