Commission is looking for an experienced OHS Consultant to provide expert advice and support to Alberta's government sectors. You will work closely with leaders and union representatives to develop and execute OHS programs that protect employees and ensure operational effectiveness.

Your role includes conducting investigations and inspections, promoting safety culture, and analyzing OHS metrics. Key Responsibilities:
Develop policies for effective safety practices and plans




Support departments in hazard assessments and OHS training
Analyze data to identify risks and improvement opportunities
Facilitate OHS committee activities across departments
Monitor compliance with health and safety standards Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety
Minimum two years of relevant OHS experience
Strong communication and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
