Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially minded Pricing & Billing Specialist to oversee customer invoicing and manage dynamic pricing across the business. This role combines financial accuracy with pricing strategy, requiring someone who can ensure invoices are correct and timely while adjusting prices based a variety of factors.

The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, comfortable working with numbers, and able to make sound pricing decisions while maintaining strong attention to detail. Responsibilities

- Create, review and issue accurate customer invoices.
- Ensure invoices reflect the correct services, quantities, rates, discounts, taxes and applicable fees.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and work with accounting team to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Create quotes for all lines of business ensuring accuracy and paying close attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
- Coordinate with accounting on billing, payments, credits, refunds and adjustments.
- Identify and correct errors promptly.

Requirements





- Proven experience with QuickBooks a major asset. Familiarity with other accounting software a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation processes.
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices within financial services.
- Demonstrated analysis skills for account analysis and problem-solving in billing scenarios.
- Effective negotiation skills for resolving billing disputes or discrepancies.
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone and email etiquette. Excellent verbal and written communication an absolute must.
- Basic math skills essential for accurate calculations and financial analysis.
