Posted on September 22, 2026 Blommer Chocolate CompanyFull TimeFood ProductionTrent Hills, ON$20 - $22 HourlyCloses October 31, 2026BLOMMER'S CHOCOLATE COMPANY LTD. are looking to hire FULL TIME – PRODUCTION OPERATOR's – 12 HOUR CONTINENTIAL ROTATION to support their CAMPBELLFORD Plant location.Job Purpose:The Production Operator is responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards while refining paste batches into liquid chocolate or compound.Job Duties:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Input required documentation of product specifications and quality into the systemPrepare boxes for production line: record empty weight, add liner, stamp product line, affix product labelsLoad finished product off the production line and visually inspect to ensure appearance is appropriate for the productAdjust machines as needed to minimize inaccuracies, defects, or wasteDeliver regular sample tests to laboratory to confirm accurate recipe specifications, measuring items such as fineness, color and consistencyReport any defective materials, missing or damaged tools to the SupervisorMaintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly conditionEnsure critical control point compliance documenting – Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) results, magnet cleaning, downtime, waste generation; report any non-conformitiesRotate into other production areas and perform additional duties where resources may be neededCollaborate with co-workers on the plant floor throughout production cyclePick up other tasks that may be needed during downtime (maintaining clean work areas, etc.)Operate within the Blommer core values of respect and care for othersNote: The employer reserves the right to change or assign other duties to this positionQualifications:Physical Requirements:Able to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for prolonged periods of timeAble to set up,
