The ideal candidate should have strong time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The successful candidate should have the capacity to perform duties with speed and accuracy with strong attention to detail. This is a good position for you if you are a self-starter with excellent writing and communication skills and a professional attitude.Responsibilities:Assist with editing, formatting, and proof reading of various labour and employment and litigation documentation, letters, and routine correspondenceTrack all critical due datesArrange meetings, discoveries and mediationsCommunicate professionally with all internal and external clients, as well as with various court and tribunal offices and opposing counsel(s)Assist with calendar management and scheduling of client meetingsAssisting with travel arrangements, including booking of accommodation and flightsHandle administrative details with respect to accounting, opening and closing files, docketing, billing,
