With a rich heritage spanning seven distinctive brands, we bring unmatched expertise and tailored solutions to our Retail and Foodservice partners.Dessert Holdings is looking for a Materials Coordinator in London, Ontario to contribute to the success of the Company by coordinating and expediting the flow of materials and products between various production areas and ensures material inventory levels are sufficient to meet production schedules and needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage material pallet positioning in all areas of the warehouse (dry, cooler, freezer)Conduct daily counts of materials required 4 days outAssist Inventory Control with daily material reconciliationManage and direct flow of materials into the plant as well as divert excess to offsite storagePost all transfer order POs off site to keep total inventory correctDetermine volume to transfer and execute the transfer order from offsite storage to the plant following FIFO for plant requirementsDirect the thaw/temper process for materials offsite, and instruct 3PL operatorsMaintain accurate inventory in ERP for co-pack locations and coordinate transfers of WIP,
