Responsibilities
Assist with the installation of drywall panels on walls and ceilings according to project specifications and blueprints
Prepare surfaces by measuring, cutting, and fitting drywall sheets accurately
Hold drywall in place while securing it with screws or nails, ensuring proper alignment and stability
Support the taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing processes to achieve a smooth surface ready for painting
Help with caulking joints and seams to ensure airtight and visually appealing finishes




Maintain a clean work area by organizing materials and disposing of debris regularly
Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working setting for yourself and team members

Qualifications
Prior experience or familiarity with construction painting, carpentry, drywall installation or finishing is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
Basic understanding of blueprint reading and measurement techniques
Handyman experience or general construction experience is highly valued
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a physically demanding workplace
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn current skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
