Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations for a fast-paced package delivery business handling parcels. The successful candidate will assist with receiving, sorting, scanning, organizing, loading, and dispatching packages while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency within the warehouse environment. This role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a physically demanding setting.

Job Details
Position: General Warehouse Associate
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Minimum 4 days per week
Shifts: Flexible rotating shifts
Morning Shift: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – End of operations
Schedule Flexibility: Shift assignments may vary based on operational needs
Location: On-site

Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming parcels and verify shipment accuracy.
Sort and organize packages based on delivery routes, postal codes, or dispatch schedules.
Scan packages using devices and update shipment status in the system.




Load and unload parcels from delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
Prepare packages for dispatch and ensure proper labeling.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
Assist drivers and supervisors with package handling and operational support.
Identify damaged or missing parcels and report issues to management promptly.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
Support inventory checks and warehouse documentation when required.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements & Qualifications
Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an asset but not mandatory.
Ability to lift and move packages of varying weights.
Basic computer or scanner device knowledge preferred.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Versatile to work shifts, weekends, or overtime if required.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Pay: Up to $18.25 per hour
