Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and providing correct change.
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and food handling areas in compliance with food safety regulations.




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high standards of food quality.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks in the kitchen area when needed, supporting overall restaurant operations.

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards.
Ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours while multitasking effectively.
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
Experience in cashiering or cashier responsibilities is a plus.
