The Server is responsible for the overall dining experience of each guest, playing a key role in creating the vibe and an workplace where our guest feels relaxed and engaged in our atmosphere. Server Key Roles
Be enthusiastic, skilled, and hospitable
Ensure every guest leaves happy and excited for their next visit by providing a memorable guest experience
Give the guest suggestions/recommendations for food and drinks based on their wants or needs
Possess a sincere attitude to be of service to others with a desire to succeed

Competencies
Min. 2+ years serving experience in a restaurant (full time Tuesday-Sunday availability is required)
Collaborative: focused on success of the team not individual




Passion for Guest Experience: provides exemplary guest service and builds relationships with guests to set the standard for employees
Time Management: effectively manages time to achieve tasks while satisfying the guest service needs
Organization: can effectively move between tasks and prioritize appropriately between execution, operational tasks, and cleanliness

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
