Position Overview

As a Field Sales Representative (FSR) for 1-800 Radiator & A/C, you will lead outside B2B business development across Vancouver and the surrounding Metro Vancouver territory. You will hunt new accounts and grow established relationships with independent mechanical repair shops, body shops, dealership service departments, and commercial fleets by demonstrating the value of our robust local inventory, premium parts, and quick hot-shot delivery network.

Key Responsibilities
Territory Business Development: Prospect, pitch, and onboard automotive repair facilities, collision centres, and commercial fleets across Vancouver.
Account Management & Growth: Maintain a disciplined daily route visiting existing clients to protect business and increase category sales across cooling, A/C, heating, exhaust, and fuel delivery lines.
Customer Partnership: Establish trusted, consultative relationships with shop owners, service managers, and technicians.
Branch & Logistics Coordination: Work closely with inside sales team members, warehouse personnel, and delivery drivers to guarantee rapid service and order accuracy.
Activity & Competitive Reporting: Log daily visit metrics, customer insights,



and competitive market intel using CRM tools.

Candidate Qualifications Requirements & Preferences

Industry Experience

2+ years of outside sales, parts counter, or service advisory experience within the automotive aftermarket or collision sector.

Sales Skill Set

Demonstrated track record of direct B2B field prospecting, route planning, negotiation, and account retention.

Technical Proficiency

Proficient with CRM systems, digital parts catalogues, and mobile tablet/smartphone tools.

Licensing & Travel

Valid BC driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle for territory travel.
