Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires robust communication skills, proficiency in universal office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in medical or dental office settings is a plus.

Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace too
Handle clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document proofreading
Assist with administrative duties including billing, bookkeeping, and record keeping
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally




Support office staff with various administrative tasks as needed

Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Hindi, English and Arabi languag knowledge preferred
Robust computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
Previous Experience in MVA clinic preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective multi-line phone system management and phone etiquette
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed
Previous clerical or administrative experience, especially in medical or dental offices, is advantageous
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Valuable proofreading skills for document accuracy
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a professional setting

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.20-$24.44 per hour
