This Primary Care

Paramedic position requires assessing patients, performing emergency interventions, and transporting patients safely. You will operate ambulances and ensure proper stocking of medical supplies while leading BLS teams. The role is physically demanding, requiring endurance and readiness to respond to various emergency situations, including challenging weather and strenuous physical tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose emergency medical situations




Transport patients safely to healthcare facilities
Administer medications and provide BLS support
Maintain and equip vehicles according to protocol
Lead the Basic Life Support team in patient management Requirements:
Registered with ACOP as a Primary Care Paramedic
Certificate in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) CPR
Valid Class 4 Alberta Operator's Licence needed
Completion of the F.A.R.E. test documentation
