Join our team of residential condominium Concierges at a prestigious property in Yaletown.

Part time: Weekends (7AM - 3PM)

Summary of Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head Concierge, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Assist residents with mail, messages, and any plans or arrangements they require
Assist residents regarding amenities facilities
Follow building policies, procedures and service standards
Follow all safety policies
Other duties as assigned

Experience and skills:
Previous customer-related experience an asset
Must possess a skilled presentation
Must possess outstanding services skills and sophisticated verbal & written communication skills
Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications an asset
Solid interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable




Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on resident needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Customer-first attitude
Skilled in handling difficult situations
Positive and friendly
Organized, attentive to detail
