As a Support Worker, you will facilitate intake and discharge while maintaining a welcoming setting.Your primary responsibilities include reporting to the Program Manager and observing guest behavior to ensure safety and well-being. This role requires empathy and initiative, particularly when assisting clients facing substance use disorders or homelessness.
