As an **Intern -** **IT Analyst**, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:* Actively contribute to the development, enhancement, and support of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions within the larger Golden Record team;* Collaborate on impactful initiatives in a modernization context involving various technologies;* Analyze data;* Participate in improving practices, documentation, support processes, and automation;* Clearly document solutions and contribute to first-level support during incidents.

We are looking for someone who:* Is currently enrolled in a program in information technology, computer science, software engineering,



or a related field and must complete an internship in Winter 2027;* Is recognized for their curiosity;* Stands out for their rigor;* Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn;* Is recognized for their collaborative mindset;* Has an interest in API development, workflows, PowerShell scripts, and data integration processes;* Has a good ability to understand business rules, data flows, as well as data quality and consistency issues;* Is comfortable working as part of a team in an Agile and SAFe environment;* Demonstrates an interest in artificial intelligence, generative AI, agentic approaches, and innovation opportunities related to data and automation;* Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the individual will be required to collaborate with English-speaking partners, vendors or teams, both verbally and in writing, on a daily basis.
