In this role, you'll ensure quotes are accurate, professional, and delivered on time, while also helping to prepare and, on occasion, present them directly to clients. You'll be the connective tissue between sales, estimating, and operations — keeping every quote moving smoothly from request to delivery.Roles & Responsibilities:Track and manage the full quote pipeline, ensuring deadlines are consistently metAssist in preparing and building quotes from bills of materials (BOMs) and engineering specifications, working closely with sales and technical teams to gather accurate pricingReview quotes for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before they go outFollow up with internal stakeholders to keep quotes moving and resolve bottlenecksEnter and reconcile pricing data in our ERP system, and maintain organized records of quotes, revisions,



and customer communicationsOccasionally present quotes and proposals directly to customers, answering questions and walking through detailsSupport formal RFP/bid response preparation as needed, and identify opportunities to improve the quoting process, templates, and turnaround timesCoordinate with sales to understand customer priorities and deadlinesQualifications:2+ years of experience in a coordination, estimating, sales support, or administrative role (industry experience a plus)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple quotes and deadlines simultaneouslyComfortable working with pricing, numbers, and detailed specificationsClear, professional written and verbal communication skillsConfidence presenting information to customers when neededProficiency with CRM/quoting software, ERP software systems (e.G., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).A proactive, deadline-driven mindset with robust attention to detail
